Can you SURVIVED?

I just got back from 3 days business trip to China. In particular, I went Guangzhou and Shenzhen. I travel to China few times a year.

Do you wonder how China with 1.4 billion people can be a FACTORY OF THE WORLD? I bet at few products in your house or you personally used come from China.

I had opportunities to visit their big, medium and small factories. After those visits, I just realized China deserved to be called FACTORY OF THE WORLD. Their hard working people and with SURVIVAL mentality, perseverance, and fully use of internet communication channels like MSN, Skype, etc are their main success ingredients.

ZERO subsidy mindset is the answer. They simply work hard.

Company set up is fully focused on production of goods! Nothing lavish or unnecessary office make-up! Most of their factories are located in a 7 floor building. The best part of it, most of them without lift. In my last trip, I have to climb up to six floor using staircase. The climbing efforts drained 50% of my energy for that day. At least I am slimmer now. (Most Chinese are not over weight :))

Their concept of ONE PRODUCT PER DISTRICT does great help in synergize their business. Sharing of business to achieve client requirements are their main objective.

Believe me, a good real life experience for an entrepreneur who plan to start a manufacturing company is to pack your back and go to China. It helps to restructure your planned business and perhaps boost up your success in business.

SURVIVAL is the key to success. You must get a feel that you need to survive to push you forward. However most of us are in the COMFORT ZONE! Where are you heading …. You know the answer.
